Our commitment
Bitmax Technologies wants people with disabilities to be able to use bitmaxtech.com and contact us about our services. We work to support accessibility and comply with applicable accessibility and nondiscrimination law.
Bitmax uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the technical target for the website. This target guides design, development, testing, and remediation; it is not a guarantee that every page or third-party service will always be free of barriers.
Measures we take
The website is designed to support:
- semantic page regions and headings;
- a skip link and keyboard-accessible navigation;
- visible focus styles;
- text labels and instructions for form fields;
- text-based validation and status messages intended to work with assistive technology;
- responsive layouts and browser text resizing; and
- locally served fonts and restrained motion.
We use automated and manual checks, including keyboard, assistive-technology compatibility, zoom, contrast, form-error, and responsive-layout testing, and we work to remediate identified barriers.

Some content or services linked from the website may be provided by third parties. The Client Portal is a separate service and is not part of the bitmaxtech.com accessibility evaluation. If a third-party service creates an access barrier, contact Bitmax so we can help identify a reasonable alternative route.
