Acceptance of these terms
These Website Terms of Use apply to bitmaxtech.com, which is operated by Bitmax Technologies, LLC, doing business publicly as Bitmax Technologies (“Bitmax,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Website purpose
The website provides general information about Bitmax and its technology services. Website content is not a proposal, quote, service commitment, warranty, security assessment, compliance determination, or professional legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, managed-services relationship, support obligation, service-level commitment, or duty to accept work. Any services require a separate agreement approved by Bitmax and the client.
Existing clients should use the approved Client Portal and client procedures for service requests. The public inquiry form is not a support or emergency channel.
Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful informational and business-inquiry purposes. You may not:
- interfere with the website or attempt to bypass its security, validation, or access controls;
- use automated means to overload, scrape, probe, or disrupt the website, except for ordinary search-engine indexing that follows published instructions;
- submit malware, deceptive content, unlawful material, or information you are not authorized to provide;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or
- use the website in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
Inquiry submissions
If the website includes an inquiry form, keep inquiry messages high-level. Do not submit passwords, access codes, authentication secrets, regulated data, sensitive personal information, or confidential system details.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to provide the information in your inquiry. Bitmax may use submitted information to evaluate and respond to the inquiry and may send relevant information about Bitmax services, as described in the Website Privacy Policy.
An inquiry is not accepted work, and an automated or on-screen acknowledgement is not confirmation that Bitmax has agreed to provide services or meet a deadline.
No security or compliance guarantee
Bitmax aims to provide useful and accurate website information, but technology, threats, laws, and service capabilities change. Website content may become incomplete or outdated and should not be used as the sole basis for a security, compliance, purchasing, or operational decision.
No website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure or continuously available.
Intellectual property
The website and its original text, graphics, branding, and other content are owned by or licensed to Bitmax and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for your own internal evaluation of Bitmax services. No other right or license is granted except with Bitmax’s written permission or as allowed by law.
Third-party names, marks, and products remain the property of their respective owners. References to them do not imply an endorsement beyond any relationship expressly stated on the website.
External links and services
The website may link to third-party sites or services, including the Client Portal. Bitmax does not control those destinations and is not responsible for their availability, content, privacy, or security practices. Review the terms and notices provided by the third party.
Website changes and availability
Bitmax may update, suspend, or remove website content or features. We do not promise that the public website or inquiry form will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Privacy
The Website Privacy Policy explains how Bitmax handles information through this website. These Terms do not replace that policy or turn every described use into a consent-based use.
Relationship to client agreements
If a signed client agreement conflicts with these Terms on a matter covered by that agreement, the signed client agreement controls for that client relationship. These Terms do not amend any managed-services agreement, project agreement, data-processing agreement, SLA, support procedure, or other signed contract.
Changes to these terms
Bitmax may revise these Terms when the website or applicable requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law or an express agreement requires otherwise.
